A GPS based Origin B2 Radar Detector comes with laser sensor. It is a smaller unit than a pack of playing cards, which will precisely count you down to all 
fixed traps and alert for mobile laser traps. This detector is introduced by the company named Origin in the UK.
The Origin B2 Radar Detector warns you of all safety cameras such as GATSO, Truvelo, SPECS, and DS2 Speed-Master. It has alerts for accidents which show you the black-spots or congestion charging cameras and school timings. The advantage of the unit is that the alerts can be switched off if not required. The detector has alerts for user defined personal locations.
If the user is exceeding the existing pace bound, then the limitator feature alerts the user to reduce the speed. Motor-way feature warns you of the speed traps which are sited on the motor-way network. With safety cameras in the unit, it directs you for the direction you are travelling. Definable fixed position warnings will be given from 200m to 2,000m in the unit detector. The unit is included with software for radar detector module that decreases false alerts.
Origin B2 Radar Detector has back-lit LCD screen displaying feature which displays the direction of the vehicle that you are travelling. It shows the speed of your vehicle and consists of a clock to show time. While you are on the way to journey the LCD screen of the radar detector displays the type of speed trap you travelling with its direction of speed trap, the speed of the vehicle, the limit speed, and number of the road, countdown to speed trap and progress bar to speed trap.
Origin B2 Radar Detector has an antenna which acts a receiver to get signal from the satellite. It is a docking unit for internet database updates with unit power lead and 240 volt plug. The system has got a computer connection lead in it, with GPS antenna which is long lead.
The system is manufactured with high resolution LCD screen which includes enhanced graphic feature. It warns the user with audible speed trap alerts such as beep sound. The unit has got individual volume settings for different warning types. The unit also has auto mute setting with adjustable ”muted” volume. The system comes with auto power-off feature which will help the user to switch the system automatically.
