Whistler has brought out a new device which enables you to detect radar rays that is emitted from radar devices. It is called Whistler XTR-330 Radar Detector . This powerful device provides 360 degrees protection from all kinds of laser.

The power source used by this device is auto mobile power adapter DC, it also uses battery, and the unit is window mountable. The display backlight and audible alert functions are the added features of the unit. Apart from this there are options for mute voice adjustments and voice alert. The dimension of this radar detector is 4.13 (L) x 2.6 (W) x 1.25 (H) inches and weighs 5.5 oz. This is a corded device which is capable of detecting K radar KA super wideband radar, KA wideband radar, KU band radar, laser, SWS, VG-2 alert, X band radar and KA radar. It will detect all types of bands that are currently used by the police. The VG-2 alert allows you to detect other VG-2 source. The easy to use icon display with dim dark modes allows the user to view the display. In spite of this the device also provides three city modes for better convenience as you will not be confused with other alarms in the city.

This radar detector is able to sense radar in the front as well as from the rear. There is a dual LED alert periscope too. As the device is mountable a wind shield provides protection for the same. The safety warning system gives signals of the road hazards and traffic conditions ahead. With the POP mode in the device short bursts are emitted to the target unlike other radar devices which transmits continual steam .
